We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds for our digital products, including the Grounding Essentials Guide.

Digital Product Refunds
All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only available if:

1. The product has not been downloaded or accessed, and the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, OR

2. There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the product, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of being notified.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at bctech4seniors@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Purchase date

• Reason for your request

We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Costs
There are no return shipping costs for digital products.
